🔎 What is the role all about?
Accounting & Closing process: this will be the core of the position.
Own monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing
Ensure statutory compliance and accurate financial statements
Lead audit process (external auditors, documentation, follow-up)
Manage intercompany reconciliations and balances
Oversee consolidation inputs and group reporting
Cash & Treasury
Manage cash flow, payments, loans, and hedging
Maintain relationships with banks and insurance partners
Reporting and financial insights
Team & Coordination
Lead and coordinate a small finance team (2 FTE)
Ensure deadlines, quality, and process discipline
Support team development
Be operationally involved when times are busy, we don't need a distant manager but someone who is able to coordinate AND work operationally as well when required.
