Our team

Design

Our global design team is based on three continents in multiple locations. Our designers create innovative collections based on the latest trends, inspired by visiting exhibitions, shopping, immersing themselves in the fashion world and perusing professional literature. This way, the designers are capable of making personalised collections to meet the high standards of our customers.
They also work with the licensing and marketing team to define marketing campaigns and promote new licences.

Sales & Purchasing

At Erve Europe we specifically choose to combine sales and purchasing. This means that your sales representative is familiar with the product and production process and that our clients receive favourable prices and personal, swift, and efficient service.

Erve Europe gives you access to an extensive license portfolio and high-quality products created in a socially conscious environment.

Quality, Compliance 
& Sustainability

A qualified team monitors and assesses our production units’ quality, compliance, and sustainability performance.
The team focuses on key concerns like social compliance audit reports, RSC-Accord on building, electricity and fire safety. They are conducting and sharing inspections digitally with Qarma and following-up the digital supply chain through tex.tracer. They take care of our Oekotex certificates, environmental audit reports, RSL & MRSL status, the validity of the TC for sustainable materials, amongst others.

Licensing

The licensing team has a wide variety of tasks, ranging from creative to financial aspects. These aspects include design approval, contract negotiation and management, as well as formulating the financial status for each licence.

Merchandising

The merchandising team monitors the production process from beginning to end on behalf of our customers. Working within a dedicated, specialised team, they maintain contact with both our offices in production countries and our clients.

Logistics & Accounting

Transporting our products from production countries to our customers in Europe is coordinated by our headquarters in Zaventem. Flexibility is combined with reliability, short- and long-term deliveries, as well as stock and NOS (Never Out of Stock).

Marketing

Our marketing team is active on social media and runs targeted email campaigns. We support our licensors and customers via all possible marketing channels.
