Erve Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Merchandiser based in the UK to manage the end-to-end process of merchandise production. The successful candidate will liaise between designers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. This role is critical in maintaining smooth operations, meeting deadlines, and adhering to quality standards.

📋 What is the role all about?
- Creation of product information, purchase orders and sales orders.
- Oversee the production lifecycle from order to final delivery.
- Conduct quality checks at various stages of production on the product, labelling & packaging.
- Fitting, assessing construction, print and quality, and approving sample garments.
- Work with the License team and ensure product meets all licensor requirements.
- Address and resolve any production-related issues or defects.
- Collaborate with sales, design, license, quality and logistics supply chain teams to align production schedules and deliver to critical path.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and factories to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with logistics teams and the customer to ensure smooth transportation and delivery of products.
- Assist other teams and colleagues as needed.
👤 The ideal candidate
- 3 years experience (preferred) in apparel production merchandising or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proactively contributes new ideas.
- Friendly, enthusiastic team player.
