We are proud to share that Erve has officially opened an office in Poland to strengthen our presence in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). This marks an important step in our growth journey, and we are excited to have Katarzyna join our team to lead commercial and merchandising for the region.
Meet Katarzyna
Katarzyna lives in the heart of Poland and brings 16 years of experience in the textile industry. Over the years, she has learned every aspect of the business – from commercial and production to delivery. With this strong foundation, and the support of her husband and family, she is ready to take on her new role at Erve.
“I really want to show my girls that mummy can do more amazing things – not just arts and crafts on Sundays – and that it’s possible to balance it all,” she says with a smile.”
A Positive Start at Erve
Katarzyna joined Erve on September 1st, 2025, and her first weeks have already been energizing.
“With every day, I feel more confident that this is the place where I should be. I feel heard, respected, and appreciated. What’s written about Erve’s culture isn’t just on paper – it’s present in our daily workflow.”
She has already seen results in her first weeks, with orders coming in quickly. “That makes me proud and keeps me motivated.”
Looking Ahead to 2026
For Katarzyna personally, 2026 is about stability and enjoying family life – “putting a smile on my husband’s and kids’ faces.” Professionally, her ambition is clear: building strong, lasting relationships with customers in the CEE region.
“My aim is for Erve to become the natural choice in the CEE market – not just presenting offers, but meeting customer needs and being recognized as a reliable, supportive partner.”
Excited for BLE and Beyond
One of the highlights she is looking forward to is joining the Erve team at Brand Licensing Europe (BLE).
“It’s exciting to be at the fair with our team, meeting retailers from my territory, and sharing our plans for Poland with licensors”
