Erve Europe is a European leader in character licences and brands. We produce branded fashion and apparel featuring TV, film, cartoon, and video game heroes. As part of Erve Group, we have eight offices across three continents, and we control the supply chain between raw materials and stores. Starting with our in-house design team and portfolio of licences, we source, produce, pack and transport collections at the request of major fashion retailers. With 35 years in the industry, our dynamic team values growth, transparency, and customer focus. Our exceptional quality and sustainable practices have earned us a reputation for excellence. Our head office and showroom are located in Zaventem near Brussels.

Global Design Team
Our global design team is based on three continents in multiple locations. Our designers create innovative collections based on the latest trends, inspired by visiting exhibitions, shopping, immersing themselves in the fashion world and perusing professional literature. This way, the designers are capable of making personalised collections to meet the high standards of our customers. They also work with the licensing and marketing team to define marketing campaigns and promote new licences.
Sales & Purchasing
At Erve Europe we specifically choose to combine sales and purchasing. This means that your sales representative is familiar with the product and production process and that our clients receive favourable prices and personal, swift, and efficient service.

Our team monitors OEKO-TEX® and social compliance, while staying ahead of new legislation concerning product quality and testing.

Licensing & Marketing
The licensing & marketing team has a wide variety of tasks, ranging from creative to financial aspects. These aspects include design approval, contract negotiation and management, as well as formulating the financial status for each licence.
Our marketing team is active on social media and runs targeted email campaigns to defined audiences.
The merchandising team monitors the production process from beginning to end on behalf of our customers. Working within a dedicated, specialised team, they maintain contact with both our offices in production countries and our clients.
Logistics & Accounting
Transporting our products from production countries to our customers in Europe is coordinated by our headquarters in Zaventem. Flexibility is combined with reliability, short- and long-term deliveries, as well as stock and NOS (Never Out of Stock).
The accounts team manages the financial administration for the entire company.
