Erve

As Erve is ready to pitch its fresh AW25 collection to the retailers, it’s time for an insight on how this collection came to life. Stefanie, a seasoned designer at Erve and responsible for our collections, is leading the 2025 lineup with a focus on innovation, improvement, and quality. She makes sure the diverse talents of the team (spread over Belgium, Germany, the UK, India Bangladesh, and more) merge unique global inspirations into cohesive, commercial, innovative, and market-ready fashion lines.

Crafting the Collection with a commitment to Quality

The journey of each Erve collection begins with a blend of strategic licensing insights via Erve’s internal Marketing team and the latest trend forecasts from sources like WGSN. The Design team transforms the latest trends into moodboards and pairs the right licenses to it, to make sure Erve offers licenses in a fresh way every season.

“We refine our ideas in collaborative weekly meetings, solving challenges and enhancing designs to ensure each collection exceeds expectations” Stefanie explains.

This process ensures that each piece not only aligns with current trends but is also crafted to the highest standards of quality and fits the license’s activations.

Innovation is at the core of their operations, as the team regularly engages in field research, including store checks, factory visits and monitoring social media trends. “It’s essential to stay ahead of market developments, observing emerging colors and new printing techniques,” says Stefanie. This proactive approach in scouting and adopting new ideas is crucial for staying relevant and competitive in the fast-paced fashion industry.

Looking ahead with an eye on excellence

As the AW25 collection prepares to make its debut, Stefanie’s focus on quality continues to steer the collection towards new heights. Her favorite trends, “Ballroom Blitz” for girls and “Athletic Fusion” for both boys and girls, showcase her eye for blending playful elements with practical designs, ensuring that every piece is not only visually appealing but durable and functional. “For SS26, we expect to build on this foundation with even more innovative designs, inspired by global trends, factory research and customer feedback,” Stefanie anticipates.

Erve’s latest collection promises to be a vibrant showcase of quality and creativity, ready to capture the hearts of retailers and fans.
