Meet Stefanie, a designer at Erve who brings passion and expertise to the team. Stefanie studied accessories design at Hochschule Pforzheim - School of Design and discovered her love for allover and placement prints during an internship for the Berlin brand Blutsgeschwister.
Stefanie joined Erve in March 2020 and loves the variety her job offers. Her day as a designer looks different every day, from working on customer designs to coordinating the collection, searching for new trends, and meeting with customers.
When asked about her favorite aspect of her job, Stefanie says, "I love the colleagues I’m working with. Everyone brings special skills and a lot of creativity. And of course, the creative part. I’m really passionate about researching new trends, getting inspired, and making new designs for our customers."
Stefanie brings specific expertise to the design team, including good skills in Illustrator, Photoshop and VStitcher, knowledge in planning and realizing a collection, and an empathic-out of the box thinking and problem solving mentality.
When it comes to Duda’s, Stefanie's favorite is the Innovation Duda. "I have a lot of ideas and like to bring them alive," she explains. She also likes the Improve Duda and strives to make the collection better each season.
Looking towards the future, Stefanie believes that designs will continue to evolve towards sustainability. "We will implement more and more sustainable designs in the future to make the fashion industry become more green" she shares.
Lastly, Stefanie's favorite licenses are Care Bears, Peanuts and My Little Pony. With her expertise and creativity, Stefanie is an invaluable member of the Erve design team!
