Meet Fay Chelman, a skilled designer at Erve Europe who brings versatility and expertise to the team. Fay has been working in the fashion industry for nine years, starting in menswear design before transitioning to the license world with Erve two years ago.
Fay's workday is never the same, as she works on different projects each day. "One day, I can work on men's items with retro movie themes, and the next day, create a whole Paw Patrol collection for toddlers," she shares.
When it comes to her favorite aspect of her job, Fay loves the versatility of her work. "It feels like the sky is not the limit with Erve," she says. She brings specific expertise to the design team, including her knowledge of tailoring and technique in design.
Fay's favorite Duda is the yellow Duda "Transparency" because she believes that transparency and honesty are always good partners in life. Looking towards the future, Fay expects that sustainability will play a more significant role in design. "Our habits of creating or buying will be more responsible for our planet and the future of our kids," she shares.
Overall, Fay's skills and creativity make her an integral part of Erve Europe's design team. "I love to share my knowledge with my team members," she concludes.
