We are looking for a License Contracts & Logistics Officer to join our team and support our supply chain operations. This role is a mix of license tasks and logistics operations, ensuring smooth approvals, compliance, and the efficient movement of goods.

📋 What is this combined role all about?
We are looking for a License Contracts & Logistics Officer to join our team and support our supply chain operations. This role is a mix of license tasks and logistics operations, ensuring smooth approvals, compliance, and the efficient movement of goods.
For the license part, you will be in contact with licensors to negotiate the final terms of our pre-negotiated license contracts (together with the license team). This includes reviewing our new contract drafts in a very detailed way, be the counterpart for the legal team of the licensors and so on. You will be surrounded by the license team and our legal advisor.
On the logistics side, you will oversee inbound logistics, including managing bookings and give approvals to ship, while also handling document follow-up and shipment planning. For outbound logistics, you will coordinate deliveries for key customers, ensuring smooth daily operations and taking care of box labels and planning. You will also be responsible for approving logistics invoices for our customers and logistics partners.
You will be working in our office in Zaventem, near Brussels.

- You have excellent communication skills, both internally and with external partners and suppliers

- You flourish in a structured working environment
- You’re a friendly and enthusiastic team player
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, extra languages are a plus
- You’re located in Belgium and can work in our office in Zaventem
